What: Canon Social
When: Monday, February 28th
Time: 7-7:30PM
Where: In a pub! Lion on the Beach, 1958 Queen St. E. Toronto. In the Beach!
Bring: Canon stuff and/or a desire to talk about Canon stuff. Appetite and thirst.

The last one of these was September 16th 2010. So, it's time for a new one. If you're interested say what time works best for you and once there's a general consensus of what works for the most Canon peeps I'll open the registration.

Update: I've selected a location because it's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to ask permission. We'd be dicking around over it for ages. Queen St. car runs near constant so it's easy to get to. It's just past Woodbine.

I may be game if it's downtown.

Haha, said that in my own self interest Downtown is perfect by me.

Never been to a Canon social. It`s been ages since I`ve been to Lion on the Beach but I`m pretty interested.

I could crash it too... but alas, I have another meeting that night. Although I do own 2 Canon video camera's, and a Canon APS film camera.

Whoever wants to come is welcome by me. I'm not going to be militant about what gear you have. So, if you can't make the group social or want extra camera talk come out. That said, it is my hope that people with neat Canon gear come out and show it off.

i only know a few TPMG members and they shoot Nikon. if i come how do i know where you're all at, at this joint. sorry for a such newbie question.

True. We did agree on many things, some things particularly strongly.

It was fun guys! Great conversation on theory, place and photography. A bit more Canon gear would have been nice, but we did just fine regardless. Perhaps I will make another "Anti-Social" in a month or so.
