Yeah, collaborations like these are best for learning I find. More personal and hands on than commercial workshops.

Beauty shots are some of the very hardest to get right. Good for you for helping people try it out

the 24th is fine with me.
11-3 would work best for me as i'll have to get to markham for 6:30ish to pick up the g/f from work.

I think you mean July 24 and not June 24 for second session hehe.

rhommel - thanks in advance for doing this. Is there some type of tutorial/website that you would recommend for those of us who don't really work with strobes or models?? I don't want to go in completely blind!


I've signed up for the 23rd but I'm pretty flexible with times...so whatever is leftover is cool.

Rats! That is unfortunate. But I understand with being busy.

Can I suggest looking at November as a reschedule for a couple of reasons. September and October are big months for fall colours and outdoor shooting. I know most of my weekends will be spent outdoors.

November is usually a dull, wet, gray month when studio activities are a great idea.

no worries Rhommel... that would be perfect for me too as I will be out the whole august for an out of country vacation (somewhere where coconut trees are abundant and the weather is tropical hot) :)

will be watching for your next ad-hoc post schedule like a hawk for sure..... :)
