I'm going to tentative on this outing. I wanted to go, if only for the Indian food that HW has been boasting about. But I may be out of town on the 15th. I will know for sure later next week.

Sorry to be a pain Chris, but I just had a thought (always dangerous).

I see we're having this meet-up at high noon. While convenient, this may not be the best time for landscape photography. Any chance we can shift this to the morning or evening for better light?

Hmm, just had a look at the weather for Sunday. The above may be irrelevant if it rains all day. Rats.

5-10mm, 60% chance of rain according to the latest forecast.

Due to a multitude of weekend stuff, the earliest I could move the event would be early-mid June.

Are we still interested in this for Sunday?

I am good with this Sunday. hopefully the rain will hold off. Can play it by ear early that am.

A follow-up weekend could also be done in mid June to show the progress of the crops

Have a great event!! Actually overcast skies might help if shooting at midday. I've decided to stay here in T.O. and go to the start of the Toronto Marathon figuring there might be something good to capture there.
Enjoy!

Forecast is now for light rain, all day.

If anyone needs the address, PM me, or call my cell for those that have the number.

Thanks for organizing this Chris and letting us shoot in your barns and on your property. Had a great time and the food at India Gate was very good also.

Thanks for Organizing the event Chris. It was a great day.

The Indian food was good too, nice choice. Great company as well.

Thanks to those that made it today. Glad the rain held off while we were shooting.

I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone saw through their respective lenses. Hopefully I can plan another round with slightly less wet soil, and maybe some bigger green, and hopefully some more specific stops.
