I'm interested to hear this too. I bought one on my Mamiya 6 via KEH last year.

I bought a used lens from the US that MACK International Warranty. (sigma lens).

It was severely back focusing; I'm talking 7' away.. and it's off by like a foot!.. so I emailed MACK (after I transferred the warranty to myself - cost me 20$ USD). and they said .. get an estimate.

I went/called to Gentec (simga wholesaler/repair center for canada), and got a quote emailed to me which I sent that to MACK, and the lady there approved it.

Sent the lens in.. 3 weeks later it came back - spot on. Emailed MACK With the receipt, and got the $ back through PayPal (or cheque if you prefer).

** Personal Opinion: it was great! very easy to deal with; and at no time I felt I was gonna get screwed. Since it was an international warranty this would've worked if I was in another country even. Only downside was that I had to pay upfront - a AF calibration only cost like 130$.. so not a big deal. I imagine though for bigger repairs it may be more trouble?
