What: Streetcar Museum HCRR Autumn visit
When: Saturday October 23rd 2010
Time: 11AM
Where: Meet at the parking lot of the museum
Bring: Camera gear, tripod, lunch.

Following the success of the August starlight & ice cream event, we will once again return to the HCRR museum in October when hopefully we will have lots of nice fall colour.

We will meet at the museum for 10am, carpooling may be available by various members of the group, so if you are going to need a ride, please let us know here. This event is several months away, so lots of time to plan now.

For those who have not visited the Halton Country Radial Railway museum, I highly recommend you visit their website, which gives lots of details: www.hcry.org

There is an admission cost of $11.25 +tax per adult.

I'm a maybe for now Dave. I have plans to camp and hike the Agawa Canyon for the fall late September to mid October and no definite dates yet.

I am a MAY BE for now Dave coz I may have to be in Boston for a reunion but I might need a ride from someone in case I make it.

if I can make it... a ride would be greatly appreciated!

I think I will wait to confirm a few weeks before. October seems so far away!

I would love this but as it is soo far from now I need to see how busy I am with school closer to the time to figure out if I can go. Also I may need a ride too.

Its roughly an hour away, depending on where you come from.

I am a maybe due to a morning class. Traffic might be horrible by lunch time, so it depends on how late you guys plan to stay.

We usually stay until around 3ish... and sometimes we go to Milton after and do food.

Hey Folks.... Glad I am planning this so far in advance, as I just realized that this date conflicts with another event I am attending. So, have to change it to Sunday the 17th.

I'm still a maybe. It turns out our camera club (Mississauga Camera Club) has an outing to the streetcar museum the day before this event, so I'll decide closer to the time which one fits my schedule better.

It was but got rescheduled twice. so now it is later on in October.

Saturday works well for me as Mississauga Camera Club has an outing to the streetcar museum that day - this way I don't need to choose between the 2 groups.

Something came up & I can't make it Sat or Sun. Oh well...

What is your major intersection along St. Clair as that will help determine where to pick you up?

I could likely give you a ride. I am coming from Scarborough (Kingston Rd & Danforth), I am already picking one other person up at York Mills Subway.
