where did you get yours? and how does it not look that great? just cheaply made and not identical?

ebay all the way 'cross the sky.

it's kinda cheaply made since all the nikon mugs aren't nikon affiliated.
the numbers on the focus scale don't really match up. whatever though.. they still look cool. i got mine for about $25.

edit: i was also disappointed by the Canon 24-105 mug. same issues. the best one is still the original Canon 70-200 mug.

Nikon 24-70 has insulation but the cap is just a screw on with no opening. It's not something that will be good to use because it is very top heavy. the base is only supported by the 'end lens cap' which is smaller in diameter than the rest of the cup. thus, very easy to tip over.. not something you want with hot liquid inside.

The Canon 70-200 is insulated as well. Only the Canon 24-105 is not.. for now at least.

I just have mine for display. Got a second Canon 70-200 to use. =)
