Hello,
I just joined TPMG as I will be visiting Toronto tomorrow thru Saturday. We're already underway and I realized that I left the cable release for my Holga at home. I figured I'd order another one from B&H and have it shipped to me, but the $15 release will cost $25 to ship... Is there anyone selling Holga accessories in Toronto? or is there a Canadian retailer with reasonable prices and prompt shipping?

Thanks for any input!

I have never had much sucess in getting Holga stuff north of the border and always had to resort to buying from the US

isn't it a regular cable release? Go down to downtown camera.

Bill if there is any way you can get to Niagara I will lend you mine and you can either mail it back to me or deliver it before you leave.

A place called Pitko in the Distillery District (in Toronto) sells Holga cameras- you might call them to see if they have the Holga cable releases if the Holga cable release is not just a regular mechanical cable release.

Thanks for the offer, but my timing is bad.! I just checked messages this morning and am already on my way out of Niagara (after breakfast at Betty's).

I'll check them out this afternoon. (The Holga requires an adapter.)
