Yes it looks like tripod or lowlight low contrast shooting. Maybe it will snow or be good for film noir type shots

Just got home from the temple; it's Chinese new year, every temple & vegetarian restaurant are packed with people and long line up.

Hope you all have fun shooting at the beach; it too bad that I can't make it.

Looking to see the photos from y'all.

Howdy guys! This is Carlo... I met some of you today at the beach.
