Appeared in yesterday's "News Advertiser"

"Ajax is putting a call out to local shutterbugs interested in starting an amateur photography club. The Town of Ajax is hosting a meeting for the photographers on Feb. 16th at the Ajax Community Centre's administration board room on the second floor, 75 Centennial Rd. at 6:00pm. The town is looking for photographers who would like to share common interests and participate in events such as workshops, competitions, social events and more."

Cool, I live in Ajax but do most of my shooting in Toronto. This should be interesting to go to. I'll check the paper when I get home.

I love their yearly photo contest Ajax hold in partnership with Blacks Superstore.

I want to go to the meeting to see what they are proposing... I wonder if this is something initiated by the town or another party. I am away however. I did send them an email about it tho.
