Hi all,

I found this interesting website. It's called the Japan Photo Project.
It's a year long photography expedition through Japan by two photographers. They are attempting to document Japan from two very different perspectives.

One perspective is from a Japanese photographer that understands the culture the way of life etc and the other is from a Western photographer. Other interesting perspectives will come out of the fact that one is male and the other is female, one will shoot in film and the other in digital, one will be shooting in b&w and the other in colour.

Their adventure begins on Jan 1st 2010

That's pretty cool. It'll be interesting comparing the styles of each photographer. Thanks for the URL.

Agreed...and it is interesting to discover which photographer is which (western vs. japanese) solely by looking at the photos.

Just as much of a male/female point of view as there is a Western/Japanese aesthetic. Any Model Mayhem shoot would be proud to have the male photographer:twisted:
