Justin, thank you for setting up this event. As usual, I always appreciate the advise you provide during the events. I did learn a lot.

I really did not take a lot of pictures. Here are the photos of Antje I took:

I like the simplicity of this photo:

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/mike-tan/4050937710/" title="Antje II by mike.tan, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2486/4050937710_e53d1acafb.jpg" width="333" height="500" alt="Antje II"></a>

So Mike asked me how I soften the skin. I'd thought I share with the group. I used to use PS with actions I created but now I use LightRoom's built in Soften Skin feature under the Adjustment Brush since it's so much easier and takes no time at all. I typically use a setting of 50-100 percent depending on the skin texture. Here's a quick youtube tutorial. Enjoy.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ahrmz5o_1yo

Also I suggest warming of the skin tones using LR's white balance slider.

If you have any other tips share them here.

I like the results. The only thing I don't like is using the mouse so off I go to buy a tablet.

Thanks again guys as the event went really well with everyone's help.

I got a message back from the owner of the place and he wasn't happy that the chairs weren't back in the same spot when he left, only since he had a film viewing later that same evening.

Something we should be mindful of in the future.

CAn't wait to see more of the pics everyone!

Since I wasnt there from the beginning I dont know where the chairs were at first. But we did put chairs "back" to what we thought it was.

Besides, didnt you guys pay to rent this place?

We did rent it out but one of the stipulations was to have everything back where we found it. No biggie... We'll know for next time.

Good idea mike ;)

Yes, Geo is still the owner. I wasn't the last to leave but before we left we did try to put the chairs back the way we thought they were originally. IMO, Geo is much too picky.

When they told you they wanted everything to be as it was, it should have been clear that the positioning of everything must be identical.

ya, its still Geo and really, I'm not that worried

just as a heads up to anyone getting a space from Geo, that he's quite "picky" about this space.

I think it was fine, besides he charged us the full rate since he thought there were a lot of people there. Ah well :D

I think it was 5 per model (15 total) and 800px on long side if I remember correctly.

I've sent mine in at full rez. 800 pix is fine for web use, but useless if you want to print a picture.

And now for something completely different.
Actually zombies make good models - if they would only stay still. I worked up 10 shots here: http://www.pbase.com/reimar/people

Hi Guys,

The models are asking for pictures from the shoot. Please forward 5-10 of your best pictures to Justin so that he can collect and distribute them to the models. If you have done so already, thanks in advance.

Hey everyone, so trying to organize the photos have kinda been on the back burner for me, but Antje really needs high res pics of the ones in this web gallery.

Can you all take a look in the gallery, and if they are yours, please send me the high res pics, at least 200dpi, longest side approx. 2400px.

Please take a look in this gallery:
