I ordered some family shots from kodakgallery.ca and received whole load of somebody else's family photos. It was sent to my name and address but proof sheet inside the package has somebody else's name. No address or email.

What do you think I should do and what would be the best way of addressing this with Kodakgallery?

What did Kodak's customer service say when you called them to report the issue?

I didn't call anyone yet. Came home this evening when it was waiting for me. I obviously won't receive my photographs and who knows who will

I would suggest calling their customer service and complain. I had this problem once at a store and I was not impressed because someone had received my personal photos. I returned the wrong photos and asked that they immediately reprint my photos.
Unfortunately mistakes like this do happen and sadly there's very little they can do to help.
