I am wondering anyone know good (and easy to use) software to collage pictures?

Photoscape .. it's free and a very good product, especially for collages. Oh and Picasa - also free - has a neat collage function.

I've used the Picasa option once or twice. It's nothing crazy, but very easy to use.

Autodesk Stitcher is quite good. A bit on the pricey side though.
