The person beside is myself and this was a Nikon social night. This was the majority of the gear there that night, there still was more.

  2. Nikkor 70-200mm
  3. Nikkor 105mm

At last Saturday's wedding, I took 1017 shots with the 24-70, 859 with the 70-200, and 480 with the 105. If you're on FB, go to this album:

The first (bride by the window) and last (sunset) shots were on the 105. I could have done both with the 70-200, but the 105 was what I had on the camera. It is a macro lens, but it also works quite well as a short portrait lens. Because it's a macro, I usually don't have to worry about getting too close to focus, which I run into fairly often with the 70-200.

Oh, before somebody gets confused... the Nikkor 14-24mm is shown in the photo, but I have since replaced it with the Sigma 12-24mm, which is a little smaller but sits in the same spot.
