What: Waterfalls in the Hamilton area.

Where: Starting at Great Falls

Direction :
From Hwy 403 take the Hwy 6 N (Guelph) exit and travel approximately 3 km to Hwy 5 E. (Dundas St. E.). Turn right on Hwy 5 E. and then turn right onto Mill St. before the railway tracks. After the overhead railway bridge the Smokey Hollow Resource Management Area parking lot will be on the right. This waterfall is next to the parking lot.

When: Saturday 18th July at 10.00 AM

Bring: Comfortable walking shoes,camera,tripod and ND filters

Cost::Free, You pay for parking if need, but most of the falls have free parking spots.

Additional Info:

The plan is to visit as many waterfalls as possible starting with the Great Falls.
Nothing is set in Stone we can go off the plan anytime to do something different which comes in the way.But for now I have listed a few falls which is along the path.
If for some reason we are not able to complete the list I will schedule another event sometime in the future.

Food

For lunch I am planning to bring some sandwich & snacks and eat nearby in one of the waterfalls.
If you guys decide to go for a restaurant its fine with me you are welcome to do so.

For dinner we can find a nearby restaurant.
Since its going to be a short group we can discuss and decide where the group wants to go.
I am open for any place.

Had a great time. Forgot to thank Piglet for bringing homemade icecream to the picnic :)
Was very refreshing and tasty :)

You're very welcome. But mind you though, I still have a 1/3 container of the gingerbread ice cream left but it probably won't last til the next event :mrgreen:
