You may want to try something at Sutton place. The place is closing down June 14 so they have special rates on suites.

It is a tight time line and maybe the rooms are not as nice but than its not $3000 a night either.

https://reservations.suttonplace.com/t2 ... bility.asp

Just a suggestion - I don't work there or make a commission if you book a room.

Just a word of warning since I've dealt with hotels for years with work... booking a room like this isn't like booking at the Holiday Inn. You will be required to book through their Exec offices and should they catch you doing a shoot without permission... not fun.

That being said I think it's a great idea...just too expensive for me :)

The traffic of people? The equipment? These are hotel workers, they've seen it all and know the warning flags.

You mean like how would they notice the 9-10 people hanging around the hallway outside the suite with camera bags waiting for their session to start every 2 hours

As well, not clearly illustrated in images the room does have windows in the living room and bedroom to provide natural light setting. The space of this suite is roughly about 900 square feet. Thanks.

Hey C

I think this is a great idea, but the wrong time. August is prime vacation time and all the events are finding it hard to get people out. This would be a perfect event for the late October into early November time frame when it is cold and usually wet and people would love a prime indoor shoot to attend. I know I would be better able to come in November. Just some thoughts.

Looks like we better reschedule this! Don't think many of us will be in town this month. :)

Yeah, I think that's exactly it. August is gonna be a slow one online.
