I'm thinking of revamping my website from flash to a Wordpress template. Wondering if anyone has any input on Wordpress templates in general - good idea or no? I'm leaning towards this one which seems to fit my needs aside from having a client/password protected login for client images.

Thanks,
James

you are able to make password protected galleries or blog posts... which you can kind of use for a makeshift client log in

been using wordpress for 3 years now. Love it.
Premium and free templates are easy to find all over, plus the ability to use so many plug-ins and add-on makes it my #1 choice. The second most important thing is how SEO and SEM friendly it is.
A lot of people will consider WP a blog site, but once you get to see the possibilities is perhaps the best documented CMS out there.
After playing around a bit with the features, I managed to customize many of the templates. This is to pinpoint to the fact that the user interface is awesome-ly designed and user friendly as I have no-to-little ccs,php and html training/knowledge.

Have fun

I've been using a wordpress template for over a year and It's pretty good. Check out http://themeforest.net/ for premium templates.

Hey Richard, what was the software you used to make the slideshow that you first see?
