Wow, thanks for setting this up Ken... I nearly missed this. Somehow I missed the post on the previous thread that you'd switched over to this one. Looking forward to seeing these packs on Friday!!

I think they will be demo'ing the range of backpacks and ICUs.

I'll bring my loka with small and medium ICUs.

Sorry Ken, I probably can't make it. I had a cold and have been sleeping all morning; now feeling like I'm having a fewer :(. Any how I still want to come if I can get better later on.

Yes, that was a totally great demo. Thank you soooo much for setting it up Ken as well as hosting the location (and refreshments :)) Scott. Also super impressed with the build quality of these bags and am looking forward to ordering mine this week!

Ditto the above comments! Much thanks! I'm sold on these bags! I love the build and how they were designed for functionality with the photographer in mind and the fact that they don't scream "PHOTO GEAR INSIDE!" 20yr warranty doesn't hurt either! Hummm, Tilopa BC or Loka... lol

Great meeting the other TPMGers.

I'm thinking Tilopa BC with a med & large ICU (maybe a small ICU too). I was tempted to get the x-large ICU to stuff it full but I guess it's just as easy to double up the ICUs if needed. I need to be able to stuff a 300mm in there along with 2 bodies, 70-200 and other lenses. I just packed my Lowepro PhotoTrekker II for a shoot tomorrow with pretty much the above gear and it must weight close to 30lbs! 10lbs of that is just the empty bag!

Standard UPS shipping - can't remember but it was under $20 IIRC + brokerage was a flat rate of $22 for Loka and S and M ICUs, due upon delivery. No surprises.

WOOHOO! Thanks bud! Ordered my bag and ICU's. Can't wait to get 'em. Would be cool if "happened" to arrive before March 7th but my big trip isn't until June. :P

Yup, unfortunately I have to wait until mid-spring for mine because I went with the small/slim ICU and that's not available until then. But my trip isn't until mid-August so I'm good :)

ARGH! I got mine with the small, med and x-large ICU. I recall Druid mentioning that the x-large was new so hopefully the waiting list isn't very long. :P
