Details:

What: Snow Fun on The Toronto Islands
When: Sunday, January 16th, 2011
Time: 1:15PM
Where: Toronto Island Ferry Terminal
Bring: Camera, tripod, warm pack, waters, snacks and money for the ferry

Meet at the Toronto Island ferry terminal at 1pm. We will take the 1:30pm ferry to Wards Island. Head over to the village for some snow fun... run on the frozen river & build a snowman :-); then head over to the pier for some more fun :-) rolling on the snow, do some flying kicks for exclusive shots :-). After that head over to the Olympic Island for sunset and city skyline. Sunset at 5:07pm.

According to the weather forecast, there will be some snow on Friday and lots of snow on Saturday, which means we'll have fresh snow on the ground on Sunday :-).

I want one of this shot! It's pretty cool to stand on the frozen Lake Ontario and take picture.

as I was out a week and a half ago I will say maybe for the moment, with anticipation of coming out.

Not to worry, there is still lots of fun to be had out there!

Can someone send me a text or call when at the Ferry?
I may be a touch late today but am going to hustle out and meet up with you guys.

Alice, you couldn't have picked a better day than today. It was awesome. I'm really happy with what I managed to get.

Thanks Alice, it was a beautiful day until the Sun went down.
Even with the fire roaring I was starting to freeze. I got some "good" shots though so I enjoyed the day.

Nice shots, Andy and Alex!!! It was nice to meet you both and Alex's friend, Liz (I'm sorry if I got her name wrong). Thanks for started the fire :D Alex, sorry that the marshmallows came late for you and your friend :(. Hope to see you all again. :) Glad that you all got good shots!!!
