In short, the Government is cutting responsibility for a long list of lighthouses.

Since I know some TPMG members are very interested in lighthouses, this does not necessarily qualify as good news.

Funny, but I always wanted to buy a lighthouse and move it to a land-locked parcel of land, as a cottage.

Kinda like the Old Cut Lighthouse at Long Point. Except in that case the parcel became land locked after a storm (after another storm created the cut that necessitated the lighthouse in the first place).
