Anyone know of local GTA or surrounding area with groups to focus on studio shoots? There seems to be a lot of location meet-ups but not a lot of studio ones.

There's a forum started up by a few old and current TPMG'ers called http://photographersforum.ca/ , I believe their events focus heavily on studio/lighting based workshops. These are for pay/profit workshops and there's no connection to TPMG so we can't comment their quality but I'm sure you could benefit from taking a look. There might be an active user on TPMG named Chopper, if you send him a PM I'm sure he could steer you in the right direction!
