Sorry you had a bad experience, we all do on occasion.

I'm curious. You were doing a commercial shoot for Bamboo beer and were looking for a full model release? I could be misreading so please disregard if I am incorrect in my assumptions.

Commercial shoots are great as they pay bills but model releases in those situations are always from the clients legal department and not the photographer. I can't imagine a client paying for photos to be used for branding and marketing only to allow the photographer full rights to image usage. It would be a recipe for disaster as far as brand equity control. Also, the client would have to ask for your permission for every ad run and that isn't the norm either.

Yeah, I don't get it either. Maybe lost in translation but you are dissing Bamboo Beer and the model for not signing a model release for a commercial shoot?

This is the same guy that used to take badly white balanced out of focus creepy pictures a couple of years ago, was posting them here, and immediately going "pro". LOL.
