Are these services still valid?

Is anyone here making any money from these stock photography sites? Any ideas/opinions?

it's very hard to make money, yo basically have to shoot to sell. Meaning you shoot what they are looking for, which isn't already there. There are some people on here that make decent money on micro stock. I'd stay away from the big agencies.
