Hello all,

I was just wondering if anybody had any suggestions for locations for a corporate and casual portrait shoot in the downtown, wellington and bay area? Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I don't know as I don't do this sort of thing, but it strikes me that anyone that might be able to help you would probably want to know what you're trying to achieve. Indoors, outdoors? Formal, informal? Of course, I could be wrong, maybe "corporate and casual" tells folks what they need to know! Best of luck!

I have done Corporate Headshots, Mostly they prefer to use their office as a backdrop... Or either their board room,
You can casually ask them whether they would like to show their office....... They will always have a suggestion and a solution for this.

If they said you decide then you pick a high rise and place the model in the front close to their office and shoot them, most of my shoots will last 5-10 mins if its a single or couple of headshots.
Hope this helps

They want them shot outdoors, not in the building where their office is. They are looking for a couple of corporate/professional and a few casual portraits.

Osgoode Hall sounds good, I have to have something very very close to Bay and Wellington as I am doing these before I start work in the morning. Any other suggestions?

University/Queen has an old building and park that a lot of wedding/engagement photographers use

Yes, that's Osgoode Hall. Technically you need a permit for this (assuming OP is getting paid; it would qualify as a commercial shoot). But OP could probably swing it if he's quick. I've seen people shoot there all the time.

I stand corrected; you do not neet a permit to shoot outside Osgoode Hall.
Cool!
