Sad indeed. Those dresses are heavy and act like a sponge. I felt bad for the photographer(and the woman obviously) but to not be able to save someone...especially when you put them in a potentially hazardous situation. Not his intent but safety first.

The "dress in the water" shot is common, and they (according to the article) chose a place with "not much current, not much water". I'm surprised at this, but I guess one must be careful...
