I was asked by a real estate agent to shoot a condo for him (about 1,200 sq ft). It will be about one hour of shooting + post work. Travel cost are zero.

From different websites, I've seen figures of $150 and $250 mentioned. But what's the going rate in Toronto? What do you think should be charged?
Thanks.

Sometimes it takes a really long time to get to a location so factor that into your rate. Then consider how much time you will spend editing the photos and then come up with a price with what you feel you deserve and compare it to the listing prices you found.

another person's formula is: 10 % of the interior sq. ft. with a $250 minimum

Not many real estate agents will pay 250 or more. Most of them expect you to do it at ~ $100-150

There is a company that does it for $100 and it includes a website and a virtual tour. Times are tough.
