I am taking a 8 day all-inclusive trip to DR (Punta Cana) in 2 weeks and would like to get some information on excursion booking from those who have been there. Based on my prior experience from Mexico and Cuba, it was cheaper to book the excursions from a local operator than those at the resort lobby. Can anyone recommend a reliable local operator that isnt too far from the resort zone? Other than Santo Domingo, is there any photography friendly excursions that I can look into? Any tips will be much appreciated! thanks!
