Hahaha, brutal, judging from what I saw that was a $500 wedding photo job. I've had a friend pay $1500 for the same crap last year, selective colouring and other cheesy effects, they seem to like them.

Hahaha that was awesome!

Looks like Joe knows some stuff about taking photos.

I actually saw this and thought it really fit. http://youtu.be/-S3NFW2c7hA
(I know it's fake but it's pretty funny and sadly there are some people just like this)

Sorry, if I'm hijacking your thread.

Remember folks, P stands for Professional!

Thanks for that cntower911. She was a hoot and a half. At first I didnt know if she was really stupid and didnt have a clue, or really smart and was spoofing. Sadly, there are people like her out there.

Professional isn't just a title, it's a manner of comporting yourself. From that viewpoint, those two were anything but professionals.

Then again Judge Joe has never been what I would call a 'professional.' His comportment, in essentially everything that comes before him, shows just why he's no longer sitting a REAL bench.

That was good for a laugh. Your not a Professional photographer when the judge knows more about your camera then you do. LOL.

cntower911 love your video too. I watched all of her videos. She has a sharp sense of sarcasm that had me ROTFL. Those vids a must share at work on monday. I will probably watch them again before then LOL.

I was quite impressed the judge knew so much. At the end he said he was a published photographer. I have a feeling he enjoyed ruling on this as he has a personal gripe against the inexperienced photographers. For now I know my limitations as a professional photographer. I have experience in some areas more than others and won't jump into a particular field without being prepared to produce what is expected. The excuse that the lighting was too low and flash was not allowed; excuse me, but isn't that a reason to be prepared for that situation? It is expected to have some communication with the priest/pastor/other before the ceremony, scout out the location and test the settings/lighting so that one can be prepared. A rebel XTi and kit lens (though not bad equipment) are not professional enough for a wedding. At the very least, it doesn't cost much to rent faster lenses and could have been worked into the price. Printing at Walmart is a joke/insult as their machines are not calibrated regularly and often produce inconsistent results.

I never looked up court cases against photographers, it's interesting how many videos are. They are pretty informative and ridiculous at the same time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xcZtupHE-U this one I think is interesting. The photographer sounds like he acted as a tyrant and stormed out. I'm sure if I keep watching more, I will find more entertaining cases.
