How do you go about finding locations for photo shoots? Studios or other locations available for rent?

My sister is looking to do a fashion photo shoot in the GTA (preferably Mississauga/Brampton area, but anywhere within reasonable driving distance is fine too) and needs a location. Something "classy" and "elegent".

I tried searching tmpg, but didnt have much luck, and kijiji/craigslist isn't any help either.
