If anyone is going today (Friday), there's going to be a workshop at 5:45 in area 4 on Painting with Light:
http://www.henrys.ca/Show/Show-Seminar-Descriptions.html#paintingwithlight-soi

I would attend, but I have to be at another photographic event at that time.

It's also on at 3:45 Saturday.

If you go, please write a comment about it...I'm curious what it's about.

I think I saw a few minutes of this last year, its stupid. This dude basically takes long exposures at like f22 and uses a keyring type LED light to swirl around the subject, giving the photo the appearance of being lit from multiple angles.

He was doing it on small still life type objects.

Seriously you can probably get more help and hands on experience at one of the ad-hoc light painting events here!

For sure, judging by the results the other members have been getting, and it looks like a lot more fun too to go to an event.
