Friday the 30th I'm heading to Moncton for a road trip for 5 days .. I'll be taking the highway most of the way but Wasn't sure if there was anything cool to stop and see to shoot? Anyone ever driven there?? Any cool must see stuff??? Thanks a lot!!

Not sure what you're looking for, but:
There's a pretty cool car museum in Edmundston NB, right after you cross the border from Quebec.
Grand Falls NB has a nice, you know, falls.
Hartland NB has the world's longest covered bridge.
Nackawic has the world's largest axe...I kid you not.

If you have time, there's Joggins Fossil Cliffs - a short drive from Moncton.

And I would suggest spending time in Old Quebec City if you have the chance.

Also, on the way through quebec, there's the Gille Villeneuve museum in Berthierville...

...I'm just going through some of my pics from my 2008 trip...just south of Moncton is Hopewell Cape - the Hopewell Rocks are pretty neat.

Cape Enrage is just west of Hopewell and it had a nice lighthouse.

Oh, and Shediac, NB (just east of Moncton) has a giant lobster...

While you're in Moncton go to Magnetic Hill. Not really a photo op, but it's cool to have your car be dragged UP HILL! Great place to take pictures is over by Hopewell Rocks. It's about a 45min drive from Moncton.

Don't be fooled by the Tidal Bore...us Monctonians call it "Total Bore" :roll:

... It's actually quite pathetic if you ask me... I'm flying in on saturday...can't wait to take in all the east coast charm again.
