I see that Black's is pushing a "new" 6x8 size for prints, and they have a deal on now until July 6 that you get a 6x8 print for the price of a 4x6 print. While a different aspect ratio than the traditional 4x6, the 6x8 is twice the size (i.e., 48 square inches vs. 24 square inches).

What do others think of this size? Could it be the new standard size for prints?

I think that Four-Thirds camera uses will be quite happy with it :)

apparently in the 70s blacks pushed to make 4x6 the standard and there now saying that since resolution is becoming higher you need to enjoy it with the larger print ... After July 7th its going to 39 cent which isnt too bad there also switching from a wet lab to a dry lab in a year.. Curious to see how the quality changes ..
