The thing is, I think what makes you a good photographer cannot be judged by a single photo. The mark of a good photographer is consistency and the ability to churn out good photo after good photo.

As a street photographer, I have yet to accomplish that. I'm probably at the gearfaggotry stage.

This is great, I am right around where it says "HDR Hole".

I'm slowly getting over the "all i do is crap" phase and am starting to think "i really should give this whole post-production thing a try, that HDR stuff looks cool, I should try it" (though I haven't yet, there seems to be much hate around this)

Ouch - I get too dizzy trying to fit myself on that graph. Introspection is dangerous. I think I'll go to sleep now.

/p/ is photography forum in 4chan.

surprisingly helpful and funny, wouldn't recommend visiting that site at work. even the work safe forums are not really work safe.

Why is the gear related to faggotry? LOL. I think you're out of the stage where you actually try to sell gear to focus on the gear you're truly going to use. Sooo, I'm past that stage ... into techniques.
