Since the last fashion shoot at St James Park was such a success, I went ahead and started gathering some more ideas for the next shoot. One more TFP/TFCD shoot in the big city is in order! Not all fashion is skimpy outfits and wild hair, so this time we'll be focusing more on fall fashions; crazy coats, fur jackets, and those fluffy boots everyone likes to strut around in. The sweet aroma of the changing leaves is in the air and the sharp autumn light will be shining down, so grab a hot cup of joe and your camera and let's get another great shoot under our belts!

22nd definitely works for me. When does the poll end so that I know when to schedule a model for?

If I make it out, this will be my first TPMG meetup and I have essentially 0 experience shooting people so this will be interesting.

oh, and OCT 22 is the Toronto zombie walk too which would make it a full day of shooting.

I think it's pretty much settled: Oct 22nd it is! I will post the official event later this week after I finalize a few more details regarding location, etc. Stay tuned and get those camera's ready!

Rajio: I absolutely love your avatar. Princess Mononoke is one of my all-time favorite movies.

Oh boy... it looks like we may have a race to fill those 8 spots. Guess I'll just have to check 3 times daily to make sure I get one. I know Wingo has also expressed interest in going.

This time around it would be best if everyone makes their very best effort to bring a model with them. I have a new MUA who will be joining me, so we'll have some new takes on the looks this time around. For these events I'll be making my best effort to provide a different MUA everytime, just so that we constantly have that diversity and also a chance for more of the makeup talent to get their chances to showcase their magic.

This will also most likely be the last or second last outdoor fashion event like this of the year, simply because it'll be getting into the inclement weather and chilly air. I've started to make some great contacts in the city and soon I'll be getting us some quality studio and indoor shooting spaces.

Already got my model lined up for the 22nd now so 1. I hope it does happen that day and 2. I get a spot! lol... I'm always on I'm sure I will. Anyway, can't wait, should be interesting, 'cause I'm thinkin' it's gonna be pretty chilly by then.

I've got one detail left to cover: meet-up location. For now plan on St James Park again for the initial place to meet. I'll post the event on Tuesday, as this weekend I'll be up in TO trying to confirm something better. There's a chance I'll be getting some indoor space with electrical outlets for the MUA's this time! I'll post the details in the calendar on Tuesday. Again, there will be a limit of 8 since that number worked really well.

Get ready to have some more fashion fun!

Anyone knows how to get in touch with this model. I don't remember her name and I didn't get a chance to shoot her on our last photoshoot. Love to work with her next time.

Anthony: That's Larissa, I informed her that she's wanted for the 22nd. I'll let you know for sure if she's coming later when I hear back from her.

P.S Thanks for the plug! (that's my photo)

If there are any spots left, I'm interested, but I agree that every Photographer should ideally bring a Model (so I'd only attend if I can confirm a Model for the shoot)

Thanks in advance Jay. I hope she doesn't mind me using my tiny Sony Cyber-shot camera. Size doesn't matter right? lol

I am most likely going to get a new Camera just don't know what to get and where yet. What do you shoot with Jay?

Yeah my MUA will be there for sure but she is a little inexperience so I don't know if you want a more experience MUA around plus it would be faster to have the models ready if we have a good number of MUA. It seems to take 30mins to get a model's make up ready. I think on our last shoot we had four MUA. I know Cathy would work with us again if we want her but I haven't invited her yet. I think Joey wants to use new MUA.

By the way Jay, are you coming to my Oct 8th shoot.

I didn't realize its a long weekend but I already have two models for Oct 8th. Would like a more experience photographer to be there. Anyone else not doing much on Oct 8th is welcome. I just can't wait until Oct 22nd the first one was so great. I have a post in the Ad-hoc forum.

Bring your own model and I still need an MUA
