They finally put in native importing of video .. yay!
Tethered shooting .. yay .. but they don't support my 5DMKI on 64bit systems .. boo.

can i keep my LR 2.6 after I installed the LR3 beta 2?
or the LR3 will replace it?

You should be able to. I have 2.6 and 3 Beta side by side. Haven't tried Beta 2 yet though.

Warning The catalogue for the beta LR3 does not work in LR2 and visa versa so come June the only way you are going to open the catalogue of what you did in the beta LR3 is to purchase the upgrade to the non beta version.

LR 3 final will import Lr 3 beta and LR 2.x catalogues.

At least on the mac platform I can say that LR3 B2 is much faster, more responsive. Very noticeable improvement on my system.
