My guess is that there are multiple pictures being blended using Adobe Flash. But nevertheless, a very cool presentation effect.

Was looking at the effect with some scrutiny, and it seems there are only 2 images in there - a day shot and a night shot. I was looking at the boats in the harbor as an indicator.

Would've been much nicer it were a time lapse, rather than a composite of 2 shots.

I originally thought it was a two-hour'ish timelapse shot of sun setting in Hong Kong as well. As I move my cursor down the image the difference was too dramatic.

Then I realized that the boats weren't moving.

I call cheat!

For sure more than 2 photo, just check out other boats.
