I saw the same thing happening on my street just a few houses from me...I was startled the first time I saw it when I was walking home late at night, seeing its head move and realizing I was seeing a huge polar bear sitting on the lawn...but then I realized it was only trying to get the fish the penguin was tormenting him with, and that he wasn't going to attack me.

Only thing is he's there every night I walk home being tormented...just as long as when he gets tired of it he goes after the penguin and not me!

That penguin must be a pretty popular guy!

Polar bears live in the northern hemisphere and penguins live in the southern hemisphere, they also do not wear hats and are far too skilled to bother with a fishing pole, thus this is a highly unlikely scenario.. that's what you're getting at, right? Otherwise, it's just you.

Rona has broken fire codes by hanging items (in this case large whimsical x-mas ornaments) onto a power cord. A big no no.

Please let me know which store you took this photo at, I will alert the fire department to close the store and they will probably issue a fine also. It's a huge fire hazard.

Somebody think of the innocent penguins and polar bears!

uh, the photo would have benefited from a more shallow depth of field.
