Hello,

I cant seem to understand why my pictures com eout all weird,
all the darker areas are off, the picture seems really bad quality.

I was thinkin the iso, but its set to 200-400MAX
Everything is grany and the shods are very off in color.

You shot that at ISO3200 on a 20D, no surprise there for the noise. Your white balance was set to Auto White Balance in Program mode using the on-camera flash. You're going to get inconsistencies with the auto white balance..

welcome to the world of manual :D try reading a lot about settings in your 20D and how to use them, while trying everything out to understand it. when shooting indoors, helps to know your light type (tungsten, fluorescent etc) Also if you shoot raw, you can then adjust a lot of settings on your pc :wink:
