I looking for a online Pro service like what Smugmug offers that is in the GTA area. My customers want to shop Canada not the US for their prints

www.zoomphoto.ca They are based out of Ottawa. I have been using them for a few years and have been very very happy!

Their web site looks good, have they started the pro service yet?

I'm still looking within the GTA area for pick up if needed.

Yup, they have started the pro service a few months ago and it is going over very well. I am probably going to go that route very soon myself.

Going to bump this thread up again - after all this time, I still don't see a good alternative to smugmug or zenfolio

I've given up on find a Canadian fulfilment and printing service but would at least like a CDN version for digital downloads. Smug and Zen both have customizations that make your website look nice - but fall short in these areas:

Smug - very $US based. Pay $150/yr for a pro membership and you still can't charge clients in CDN dollars. And that 15% service fee sucks.

Zen - pay $100/yr for the ability to do digital downloads in $CDN but I think they are not as refined as smug at easily handling package pricing. The checkout process seems convoluted.

Anybody seen anything usable for Canadians? I don't know if zoomphoto is good enough yet.

I don't think they have the selling aspect. Looks more like a portfolio site. I've only scanned it very quickly.

hmm that seems promising. I am going to examine further to see if they have the ability for digital downloads. Hope they can work the bugs out quickly. Thanks for the link!
