I bet distributing DVD copies isn't, unless there is no copyright on the product...

technically if they are the ones paying for it then you are not distributing and reselling which makes it perfectly legal. It is a split payment arrangement to maximize effectiveness of material purchased legally for a number of users.

that is unless there is a copyright on those videos preventing re-distribution, remember they only pay for one (1) video file/cd/dvd. Play your cards right...
