Thanks. <Knock> Good to see that they do take it seriously. The guy never replied. I wasn't threatening with the email I sent the guy. Guess he didn't care. Ah well. Done an over with I hope.

I've got confirmation that the registered letter I sent to his address has been received (not his signature though), but no response to my previous email, nor the letter. I figure giving 30 days between each step that I take is more than reasonable.

Interestingly enough just a couple of days after I sent my email, back in September, his photo gallery went off-line. I had mentioned in my email that I hadn't yet gone through his gallery to determine if he was using additional pictures that he scooped from my site.

The same 4 pictures of mine, used in the same 5 places, are still there though.

An interesting development: A racer had purchased a shot from me for use in a calendar that competitors in the women's racing series put together, to raise some sponsorship money, and she mentioned that my name is all over the calendar. That's interesting since only two of the women approached me for shots, with her being the only one who ultimately followed through.

Seems like I may have some more letters to write.

Well the offending website is down. Since I was ignored by the site's owner, I went to the site's administrator/host and he pulled it. Now I have to work on the couple of images that were used in the calendar, without my permission.

Oi! Sounds like quite the headache. At least you're making some progress. Some people have no scruples using other people's work for their own profit.

I'd have rather been paid for the several months that my images were used outside of license.
