Creativelive works by showing the workshop for free online in real time and then if people want to buy the HD quality version they pay the fee and download the workshop. Right now they are showing a rerun of the last day of the workshop. http://www.creativelive.com/live

WHOOOOOooooaaaAAAhhhhh

I click download on the first HD vid from the 1st day, and it was 1.5gb!!! Second one was 674mb... sheesh. They weren't kidding around.

So I've reviewed the first video and huge huge difference (as expected) with the HD downloads. I have to say, much more worth it.

I have a 4 way split as of today. As of right now, its $100.07 CAD (which I'm not going to count the .07) and it will come to $25/person.

Not bad if you ask me :D

Just since the Creative Live group really does put on a very good product.

$100/7 would be $14.29

Could I be the exception to the DVD? As I live 2 hours north of Toronto I am not down there to much. Will EMT the 15.00 and can either provide a FTP site for upload or make some other Electronic arrangement that is suitable for you

If you get 10 more ppl, for $149 USD, it'll be $15/person.

I'd just make more DVDs but I don't want to suck funds away from CreativeLive more than I already am. They really are worth their weight in gold.

So I think I may need to wait as they haven't posted Day 3 vids, except for the first one. I believe 4 are missing still.

so far, the total size of the videos I've downloaded is 10gb... BAM
You will all be getting at least 3 DVDs :)

For a bunch of photographers who seem to care about copyrights and license rights of their own photos you don't seem to much care about other peoples rights...
