Hi there, I was just wondering, when you post photos of your clients online, did you have to ask them for permission for each photo before doing so? Or is it part of the model release that you can use any photo as you please, i.e., even if they paid you to photograph them, can you use it for your self-promotion or do you have to work out some kind of deal with them and get approval with every image?? E.g., a lot of you post images in the critique corner of work you're doing, is it part of your contract that you can share these photos? Just wondering...

technically you own the copyrights of the photos, however its courtesy and polite to ask or inform that all images are yours and can be used for promo purposes. If they do not like those terms, you can give them the option to choose to not have their photos used in that manner.
