That the thing.. my photo isn't tagged or titled pop tarts. I have no idea how you would find my photo by searching for that.

I just like to photograph things I find beautiful .. be it women, cars, landscapes, architecture, babies, motherhood, etc. I have to say being a heterosexual male I don't often find men beautiful but there are exceptions:

This is a beautiful man I gotta admit:

if what I am reading here is true then personaly I find this whole thread to be rather frightening and discouraging. My highest flickr score was attained by the photo that was published by National Geographic.
It scares me to think that people out there consider THIS to be sexy.

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/phil_marion/3341866182/" title="moai of Easter Island (published in National Geographic) by Phil Marion, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3311/3341866182_4ac6246273.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="moai of Easter Island (published in National Geographic)"></a>

Lord help us all. :P

I have almost 10,000 shots on Flickr and not many of the top ones are sexy (to my eyes).
For example, the number 4 photo is an unmistakenly UNsexy shot of the Arcadian Court at Hudson's Bay. Not much titilation there.

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/phil_marion/1316822248/" title="Arcadian Court - Hudson's Bay by Phil Marion, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1141/1316822248_43eb21697a_m.jpg" width="240" height="160" alt="Arcadian Court - Hudson's Bay"></a>

However things get a little murky when you look at photo # 5 on the list. It's a photo of the cacti in the middle of the Salar de Uyuni in the Bolivian altiplano. Now I am as open-minded as the next guy but it does take a lot of imagination to interpret that as sexy...perhaps there are a lot of sight-impaired Flickrites that have Freudian issues?
<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/phil_marion/3283229556/" title="Isla de Pescado, Salar de Uyuni - southwest Bolivia by Phil Marion, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3399/3283229556_57c3899abf.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="Isla de Pescado, Salar de Uyuni - southwest Bolivia"></a>

Yeah that's about as sexy as it gets on my Flickr stream.

hahah phil. I think you are an exception to the rule as your travel photos are STELLAR.

And I don't think I've seen half naked women in your photostream before. :p

That is one thing I like about visiting his stream. No adolescent dream glamour shots or half naked 'babes' draped suggestively over a shiny sports car (not MY cup of tea but it can be for others). I feel like I get to travel through his eyes vicariously (and without the hassles of having to be there dealing with unscrupulous touts, tropical diseases, bugs and critters or strange intestinal noises). Or the credit card bills afterwards.
Though I can
