not really artistic. More of a statement if they burned a Nikon D3x!

The pic page titles say "Warranty Claim" or "Insurance Claim" so it looks like an attempt to see if Nikon or fedEx insurance will pay for the damage from the camera.

To my eyes it was irrelevant, pointless, half-wittted chicanery, but not artistic. An exercise borne of boredom more than any need/desire to convey a message.
OR - Maybe it is highbrow art that I just don't get. i.e some grand statement about the Canon-Nikon flame wars?

you guys don't get it  it's a wake-up call for the "green", so many cameras will eventually have to be flamed that our environment won't handle it anymore and will just turn into post-apocalyptic scene from an early 90s movie! Damn, someone please hide my box of shrooms

lol, i'd believe that more if there wasn't the "Warranty" and "Insurance" tags at the top of the pages. Seems more like a documented scam to me.

What a waste. That camera could have gone to charity.

Our cameras are going to cause a post-apocalyptic world? Blimey!! Are you sure you have anything left in that "box"?*

*if the answer is 'Yes' then you can PM me and I'd be more than happy to hide it.

No, you left out a vital piece of information! Ok, I'll trade my box for a pair of glasses, minus or plus for you?

"It burned up real good JimmyJohn, lemme see if I can git me a 'nother one!"

That was stupid and pointless.

I don't see how he expects any warranty coverage for it. Insurance maybe, if he has full pro coverage or similar. I hope he's out the $ for it all.

it's probably the PCB fumes he inhaled during previous "experiments" that affect his judgment.

Total pointless waste. And more PCB fumes for him and the environment.

They actually are proud to have put their name to this.

Umm, so this isn't what I should consider entertainment?

LOL. I'd rather watch a marathon of Hoarders!
