HI Everyone


I have had my 40D for three years now.. How will I know if it needs to be re calibrated or tuned. I find my shots seems to be softer, but this could me age.:) Is it like a car that have to be serviced every once in while? If so ,should I bring it to canon or how about sun camera? Any suggestion of recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

What I would suggest is posting a few high rez photos here - or at least links - that are shot around F8 with a fast enough shutter speed, in decent lighting so we can take a look to see if we see the softness you speak of.

not hi-res but looks fine to me if you haven't done any post sharpening or in-camera

Perhaps I should have said full resolution. It's hard to tell from those pics. If you have higher/full resolution that would help and also where you have a clear subject - person, animal, inanimate object.
