Hi, I recently changed PCs and reloaded the CaptureNX software successfully. I can open and work with non-RAW files but get an error message "cannot open the file" when trying to open RAW files. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to correct? What is odd is that I am able to open RAW files I transferred to the PC prior to my reinstalling the CaptureNX software.

I've never had this issue? Maybe try re-installing the software? Maybe there was a glitch?
