I was browsing Kijiji Sun. after the camera show and dreaming.......................always interested in Fuji system stuff and the X-Pro1. Love my X100 but you know gear envy. Then I came across this gear listed on the Guelph site

Image
Fuji X-Pro1 Kit by guy behind the camera, on Flickr

and at a price even I could justify. A quick phone and I was off on a road trip. :D :D :D

Got the 35 1.4 and 18-55 now I will have to control my urges to buy more lenses

Just picked up a Fuji X100s to complement my OM-D E-M5.
Deciding which to keep, or if I should start selling off parts of my Nikon gear and only keep these little boys around.

You kept the 30D eh? Going to do anything with it?

Yeah, not being much of a gearhead I haven't checked this thread until now...
I plan to let it collect dust. If my 5D3 breaks down and I need a camera before I can repair/replace it then it will serve as backup (so i hope it just collects dust). Converting it to IR would defeat that purpose and occasionally I loan it out to co-workers who come to me asking gear questions. I tell them to try lugging around a DSLR to see if they like it better than a P&S/mirrorless set up. Once they see that their photos don't dramatically improve upon using a DSLR they lose interest in having to learn how to harness it's inner awesomeness and stick to a P&S.

Even then most would balk once they find out the cost of a PC and photo image software.

Fujifilm 2600Z (long broken and forgotten)
Canon 40D

Thinking of sticking with a crop sensor and upgrading to the 70D for its video capabilities.

Though, I think I'm going to move towards something more compact soon...Definitely eying the Fuji X systems.

I haven't updated any gear in a while. So still got:

5D MKII (debating on if the MKIII is worth the upgrade)
1D MKIV

Does my 1V HS count? lol

Hey Phil, how are you liking the 5D MKIII? Did you have the MKII before?
