I called West Camera, they dont do it, only 35 and 120.
Downtown Camera says they will process it but not scan or print. Where can i get negative scanned?

It isn't on their price list but I bet Toronto Image Works can probably do it. In addition to their Noritsu Roll scanner (like Downtown Camera's), they have a flatbed scanner, an Imacon, and a drum scanner. It is expensive if you get their tech to do it, but some of their scanners are rentable by the hour

Pikto also has an Imacon which is rentable.
