Looks good. Simple and cheap. Does what I'll ever want to do with strobist photography. $115 at Aden Camera whenever it becomes in stock.

Is this something that the Yongnuo RF603 Triggers already but at 8 times the price?

Yes and no. Functionally they would be the same but PW have legendary build quality and range. I do however think this is their response to Yongnuo and other Chinese triggers in general. When I first started using wireless triggers the PW II Plus were the gold standard at $200 each. I bought YN-301P's, then YN RF-602's and most recently the TTL version 622c's. Yongnuo's build quality has increased each time. YMMV.
